You can mix an match your reps vs. our reps. If your reps are online then chat will go to them first, by default the priority is set send chat to the customer. You can also set timeouts so if the customer in house reps don 't respond to the customer chat within a given amount of time then the chat will go to our 24/7 LiveHelp Agents. Please note when using your own reps you do not pay the per minute fee you only pay our standard hosting fees.
